  1. Your videos are the best in Pilates…very well explained, and done slowly with focus rather than hurry through and do reps! I am new to Pilates and have been doing your videos for about a month now and noticed that my tummy has really obtained some definition…not a six pack, but looking very tight and flat, that my wife commented on it 🙂 how many minutes of Pilates is “enough” and how many times a week is enough to maintain the body shape please? I am 55 years old…so, this slow style is perfect.

  18. recovering from two weeks of fighting a cold/cough. I wanted some exercise to get me moving without initiating the coughing. This was great to loosen things up. I will definitely come back for some of your other pilates workouts. Pilates is a staple for my workout regimen. My sister in law has also combined Pilates instruction with her PT career!

    Just practiced this routine on the 31st decembre 2017, perfect timing ! I seized this opportunity to thank you from Paris where you have been helping me a lot these past few weeks getting my body back in shape in and getting ride of my back pains !! I started with the beginners level and now, every morning through all you videos, I’m moving forward and feeling much much better (body and mind) peacfully and gently, which I think is the best way to last over time and stay focus.
